    1. National Accounts Executive Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced National account executive to join our team. You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.


    As a National account executive, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers.


    Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.


    Responsibilities

    • Set and monitor sales targets for regional account managers
    • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
    • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
    • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
    • Ensure brand consistency
    • Negotiate contracts
    • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
    • Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
    • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
    Requirements
    • Proven work experience as a National account executive
    • Solid experience in sales and customer service
    • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements
    • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate team members
    • Availability to travel as needed
    • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

    2. Operation Coordinator & Customer Service Rep. Job Description.

    An Operation Coordinator & Customer Service Rep. will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Process orders via email or EDI
    • ​Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
    • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
    • Maintain and update sales and customer records
    • Develop monthly sales reports
    • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
    • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
    • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Requirements

    • ​Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Customer Service
    • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
