Established in March 1986, TKC (The Korean Channel) is the first Korean-American cable television station in the United States. TKC is broadcasted on the East Coast on Charter Communications (Spectrum TV), Altice USA (Optimum) and DIRECTV with original programming, local/national/international news, and Korea’s most popular dramas, sports events, and more.
Currently, TKC reaches more than 3 million households through major US cable service providers. TKC’s non-Korean viewership has been growing significantly as the popularity of Korean drama, entertainment, and music have been growing in the United States
