Job Description Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling the products to existing customers and acquiring new business.
S/he will need to build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers, create and execute a territory sales plan that meets and/or exceed established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets, maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers, develop in-depth knowledge of products via successful completion of required sales training programs and utilize this knowledge to sell the product to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
