[Marketing / Sales operation]

[Sales Operation]

  • Manage and expand existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients, maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals.
  • Research and identify new business development opportunities.
  • On-time deliveries of samples, quotes and orders.
  • Provide customers with pricing and lead-time for all new projects by evaluating cost of materials and labor.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations.
  • Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows and networking events such as innovation show.
  • Other duties as requested

[Internal Operation]

  • Establish and develop market strategies
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as forecasts weekly/monthly basis.
  • Communication with HQ in Korea to check the production schedule, sample request, information of product
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a team are required
  • Manage all marketing materials for U.S. territory
  • Manage Sales Team 
  • Other duties as requested
