1-1. Position
COS (Corporate Operations & Services) Coordinator 

1-2. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage utilities and general vendors.
- Arrange all necessary tasks for building management and maintenance.
- Request/schedule for regular warehouse utilities/equipment maintenance.
- Check the monthly invoices and request for payment resolutions.
- Analysis of monthly expense of office/warehouse utilities.
- Maintain to keep in good shape and monitor the operation.}
- Keep tracking the bills and lease-end protocols.
- Communicate with operators for any operation disruptions.
- Conducting a feaibility study for new equipments.
- Find new facilities and business opportunities.
- Lease execution and termination.
- Manage registration and inspection for the purpose.
- Perform with preliminary layout, and all permit process.

1-3. Qualifications
- An associate's degree or above is preferred, but not required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS-Word, Power Point, and Driving Skill required.
- Vendor Management and Negotiation.
- Project management for Facilities management experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Planning, Building, and Construction will be helpful.

Logistics Coordinator 

2-2. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Seeking and adding new carriers for H mart benefits.
- Put together RFP, execute load schedule and evaluate carrier performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trend.
- Manage OTR schedule and maintain daily tracking reports to ensure all orders delivered on time to various warehouses and to the customers.
- Manage transportation claim with carrier and follow up until it closes out.
- Manage all incoming carrier invoices and issue AR/AP invoice with SAP B1.
- Obtain bills from the carrier with proof of delivery for customers.
- Clear up a discrepancy of invoice error
- Analysis AR/AP/GP weekly, monthly.
- Update rate chart if it’s necessary and notify customers.
- Communicate with CS team in regards to H mart benefits.

2-3. Qualifications
- 2+ year work experience preferred in logistics/transportation industry, but not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS-Word, Power Point, and Driving Skill required.
