JOB DESCRIPTION

The Process Innovation/Strategy Manager will work with a group of innovative professionals for a global top tier consumer electronics company. We are looking for an elite candidate to join our team to support, lead, and share our vision for the future of the customer service industry.

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions within the Customer Service sector
  • Lead and direct various cross-functional programs and projects
  • Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants
  • Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation
  • Track major incidents, ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within various programs
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce data/reports and provide a high-level analysis of data
  • Oversee operating systems including policies, procedures, and operating structure.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities for future efficiency projects

 

LANGUAGE

  • Must be fluent in Korean and English
    • Must be a native Korean speaker
    • Must be able to speak and write professionally in both languages

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required in computer science or related technical field preferred
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in consulting, innovation, software development, project management, etc. within the Customer Service sector.
  • Knowledge of call center operations, process, and policies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering, innovation, and analytics

 

 

Required qualitications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to use exceptional analytical skills to monitor, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements related to the business’ quality principles
  • Ability to build and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Passionate about work and contributing to the team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has a positive attitude and is self-motivated
  • Ability to be persuasive and is detail-oriented

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work in U.S. without any restrictions
  • No restrictions for overseas business trip
  • Pass a background check and drug test
