[Traffic Coordinator]

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Analyze delivery costs, coordinate and execute speedy deliveries
  • Initiate relationships with new carriers, analyzing and researching most efficient rates
  • Request quotes from carriers, assign carriers to routes, and schedule inbound and outbound traffic 
  • Ensure proper resolution to shipping damages, including product replacement, incident handling,  and escalation to appropriate departments 
  • Liaise with related departments for shipped loads, shipping documentation, rate adjustments and  disputes 
  • Update internal records with freight information on a load by load basis
  • Suggest logistics and sales process improvements

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 year work experience in Logistics/Traffic
  • Must have strong communication skills, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure and strict time constraints
  • Quantitative analytical skills 
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Spanish language fluency is a plus
  • DAT software and Uber Freight usage experience preferred

[Sales Support Assistant ]

Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking to expand our Team. 

Responsibility Areas: 

  • Process orders via email, phone, and text, while maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Actively manage inventory; initiate the production of specific materials to have enough  stock to cover forecasted usage 
  • Prepare shipping releases and closely communicate with traffic specialist to ensure orders  completion. 
  • Evaluate if sales prices are at par with expected profit margins and report deviations Contact clients to obtain missing information, answer queries, and provide necessary documentation
  • Create ad hoc reports and develop sales or inventory reports that can be presented on a frequent basis
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Suggest logistics and sales process improvements

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Quantitative analytical skills 
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills, Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven work experience as a logistics, and/or sales support agent
  • Strong communication skills; highly efficient in both Korean and English QuickBooks experience would be preferable

[Inventory Reporting specialist]

Responsibility Areas: 

  • Analyzing, manipulating, and designing excel tables. 
  • Data entry, analysis, reporting, and submissions. 
  • Inventory data management 
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing  entry priorities. 
  • Verify and audit inventory and adjustments and claims 
  • Identifies and optimizes common inventory items. 
  • Comes up with ways to dispose of or sell obsolete items in the inventory.
  • Reconcile and ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely  manner 
  • Works with other teams including sales, shipping and purchasing. 
  • Trains other employees in cycle counting and inventory control. 
  • Files claims with manufacturers or sellers when defective goods are found in the inventory.
  • Instructs others on how and where to return defective goods. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Proven ability to manage projects in an efficient work environment, which demand high  work accuracy. 
  • Quantitative analytical skills  
  • Team player skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving.  
  • Willingness and the ability to continually learn the technology and business.
  • Ability to work independently in a highly visible, fast paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills  
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with spread sheet such as Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of DB and query language. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bilingual in English/Korean
  • Experience with Google Sheets is a plus 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • 1-2 years of professional experience.

[Accounting & Admin Assistant]
Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking to expand our Team.

Responsibility Areas:
The candidate will assist in the daily Accounting and Administrative duties:
• Review, verify, process Vendor bills into system
• Maintain E-Vendor bill filing system
• Prepare A/P and related reports for direct Supervisor
• Process cash receipts and perform daily bank remote deposits
• Enter cash receipts into system
• Prepare A/R and related reports for direct Supervisor
• Answer phones, relay messages to related parties
• Handle all outgoing and incoming mail
• Assist with admin duties, office building related issues
• Assist with Ad-hoc projects

Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Team player skills
• Detail-oriented
• Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible, and able to work within and meet deadlines
• Microsoft Office : Word and Excel experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Highly efficient in both English & Korean
• Quickbooks experience preferred
