Position: Customer Service and inventory management
- Process customer orders via email or phone
- Work with production for production orders
- Making decisions on quantities to order for both new and existing products based on customer demands and sales trends.
- Update inventory data into our POS inventory system
Qualification:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving capability
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion industry is preferred but not required.
- Will train if necessary
