Job Description:
Rayence Inc, the manufacturer of Medical Imaging Equipment is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Tech Support Department.As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the quality and delivery of the support and services we offer our customers. You will handle inbound calls from customers, which will involve resolving issues of a semi-technical nature. This includes, but is not limited to troubleshooting, providing service information, offering additional products and services, and documenting customer accounts.
