1. Administrative Associate, NY Office

LG H&H is looking for an Administrative Associate that can support a member of the Sr. Leadership team with various administrative duties. Preferred candidates will have an interest in the beauty and healthcare industry with a genuine interest in learning about industry trends. Candidates also much be bilingual English/Korean in order to support during meetings with translation and meeting notes. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Industry Market Research and provide meaningful data and information  

  • Translate during meetings and take meeting notes

  • Translate internal documents and emails

  • Facilitate communication between senior leadership and other functional areas of the business

  • Compose internal and external correspondence and routine communication as needed

  • Provide general office support, including photocopying, scanning, and scheduling

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree 

  • Prior administrative support background is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative, and anticipate needs of the leadership team

  • Ability to make independent decisions and effectively competing priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required

  • Must have proficient Excel skills

  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Bilingual English/ Korean required

2. Sales Assistant Manager, LA Office (K-town)

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Assistant manager manages a portfolio of key accounts to achieve long-term success. The Sales Assistant manager will develop positive relationships and understand the needs of their customers while generating new sales.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and profit opportunities especially our hero cosmetic products while aiming to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare communication plans to keep key accounts up to date with existing/new/hero cosmetic products.

  • Identify the opportunities to open potential new retails to increase sales of existing/new cosmetic products.

  • Conduct and manage the inventory counts of all accounts’ inventories.

  • Perform other sales duties such as promotional events-related tasks, A/R management by maintaining invoice accounts, and other sales supporting duties.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues and requests in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Minimum 3 years Cosmetic experience and client service experience

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude

  • Bilingual Korean preferred

  • Travel required up to 40 ~ 50%

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S

3. eCommerce Associate, NY Office (Eligible for Remote work)

The eCommerce Associate works cross-functionally with internal and external business partners to ensure an excellent customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central business process
  • Manage Amazon Ads to ensure optimization and maximize ROI
  • Collect and report sales data across for various sales channels and brands on a weekly basis
  • Play a cross-functional role and work with external business partners as well as internal teams
  • Manage websites’ product catalogs as needed with new/featured products
  • Continually update websites’ look, improve user experience, and propose ideas to increase sales for beauty brands
  • Handle customer service issues as well as warehouse communication
  • Effectively communicate with the logistics/warehouse team to ensure PO fulfillments for all sale channels
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, Planning, Warehouse, etc.) to solve problems
  • Support the E-commerce team with any online business-related ad hoc tasks
  • Use internal systems for PO upload/processing, and assist with demand forecasting to ensure healthy inventory levels 

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Knowledge and experience with using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word)
  • Self-starter and a problem solver who can work with minimum supervision
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills – customer service skills preferred
  • Proficient with Photoshop and Excel
  • 2-3 years’ experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Experience in Google Ads not required but appreciated

4. Korean Interpreter/Translator(on-site), NY Office

LG H&H is looking for an Interpreter/Translator that can support a business development and project activities as they occur. Preferred candidates will have an interest in the beauty and healthcare industry with a genuine interest in learning about industry trends. 

Responsibilities

  • Listens to or reads, then facilitates communication between two parties by reproducing spoken or written statements from one language to another.
  • Attends meetings, or conference to mediate discussion or relay ideas and concepts between languages.
  • Translates documents related to project activities when required.
  • Facilitate communication between management and other colleagues and other functional areas of the business to understand specialized work and translate them appropriately.
  • Compose internal and external correspondence and routine communication as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Prior administrative support background is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative, and anticipate needs of the leadership team
  • Ability to make independent decisions and effectively competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required (both verbal and written)
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
