1. IT 개발자 :

Position: IT 개발자, Senior Developer 

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding web developer who will be responsible for creating and maintaining enterprise systems. Our IT developers are capable of full cycle project leadership including application architecture, design, site layout, UI, database design/programming, and application development.  

The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings.

- A bachelor's degree, as well as a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

- Mobile App development experience will be preferred.

- Fluent English, great oral and written skills, presentation skills, hard-working, fast learning, various system maintenances & trouble-shooting, Working with Overseas employees.

Role & Responsibility:

- Maintaining and developing IT systems.

- Developing the Web/Mobile Application in a cloud environment. (AWS, Azure)

- Developing RPA(Robotics Process Automation) application and API Integration.

- Server-side component design, detailed technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance.

- Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams.

- Interviews users, analyzing their IT needs in order to develop descriptions of moderately complex systems proposals.

- Provides technical guidance system information and instruction to lower level IT staff, assisting with specific work problems requiring a broader knowledge of subject matter processing.

Development environment:

- DBMS : Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL and others

- Public Cloud Service : AWS, AZURE

- Language : Java, Python, SQL/PL-SQL and others

- Server : Linux, Unix, Windows

Preferred Technical Skills:

- Bilingual for English and Korean.

- Experience using JAVA/J2EE or other web related languages such as JS/jQuery.

- Experience using SQL, PL-SQL on Oracle/MS-SQL/MySQL.

- Experience developing Web Application/Mobile App will be strongly preferred.

- Experience developing RPA and API Integration will be strongly preferred.

- Working in corporate IT field will provide opportunity of consistent learning environment and hand-on implementation.

 

2. Order Management 업무:

Position: Order Management 업무, Staff/Sr. Staff/Manager/Sr. Manager    

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding Order management specialist to be responsible for the back office services and order processing service – Order entry, Open order management, Order cancellation, Return, Replace, Damage allowance management, Order tracking and customer care and Data analysis, Service performance review and other Order management tasks in SCI team. Our Managers/Sr. managers are capable of full cycle Order management leadership including Order creation, Booking completion and Issue handling. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings.

- Must be fluent in English

- Must have leadership and problem-solving skills

- Analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with a changing environment is required. 

  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

Role & Responsibility:

- Order Management Manager/Sr. Manager may be involved in a variety of activities, including Order creation, Inventory Checking, Order processing, Issue handling, Damage allowance, Return/Replacement processing, Order tracking, Error checking and performance review.

3. SCM 업무(물류) :

Position: SCM 업무(물류) Staff/Sr. Staff/Manager/Sr. Manager

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding SCM specialist to be responsible for Transportation management - Carrier Management, Carrier Bid, SPOT Order Processing, Freight Cost audit and Data analysis, Business performance review and other logistics tasks in SCI team. Our staffs are capable of full cycle logistics leadership including transportation management and warehouse management. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings.

- A bachelor's degree or above degree

- IT related major or SCM major will be preferred

- Preference for experienced transportation service or data analytics service.

- Very fluent English, great oral and written skills, fast learning, various IT environment experience & trouble-shooting, Working with Overseas employees.

- Visa Sponsorship might be available.

Role & Responsibility:

    1.1 Data analysis and report: Discovering the cause of problems through continuous data analysis

    1.2 Logistics bid: Supporting carrier bid / warehouse 3PL bid

    1.3 Logistics Coordinating: Performing the logistics strategy and process with customers.

    1.4 Carrier Management: Evaluating carrier's performance / Service Improvement / Continuous Communication / Performance Management

    1.5 Logistics Order Management: Managing the overall delivery order process

    1.6 Shipment Tracking/Tracing: Communication with carriers/customers to share the load status

    1.7 Supporting Logistics Operation: Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Technical Skills:

        - Experience with SCM related systems.

        - Experience using MS-Office, MS or Oracle SQL query

        - Experience using TMS, WMS and other logistics systems.

 

4. HR 담당자 :

Position: HR Service Development Manager / Assistant Manager

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding HR Service Development Manager / Assistant Manager to be responsible for hire process and for response to questions of employees. This candidate will be supporting the on-going post-offer process and on-boarding process once a candidate is selected. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of Human Resources and/or a degree in the same field. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational development, Business or related field.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- People & detailed oriented team player.

- Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Power point, Word and Outlook).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

- 3-5 years of experience in HR related functions preferred.

  • Hire Process : Post-offer Process
  1. Submit request to verify state & add state as applicable to payroll team.
  2. Review the created candidate information in HR Portal for completeness.
  3. Create employee in HR Portal and add New Hire in system.
  4. Approve transaction in system.
  5. Create ID in system and register email address.
  6. Send New Hire email notification to stakeholders.
  7. Route a request in system to organization manager for approval.
  8. Generate onboarding profile by adding New Hire.
  9. Send onboarding link and welcome email to New Hire.
  10. Review completed forms of New Hire.
  11. Create employee ID and update it in system.
  12. Route new/re-hire to stakeholders for approval.
  13. Review and approve entry in system.
  • Hire Process : Onboarding Process
  1. Update I-9 information in system and add it in shared drive.
  • Change job/Position/Salary process
  1. Review and approve change to job, position, & salary. Update it in system.
  • Transfer Process
  1. Review and approve entry in system. Update assignment in system.
  •  Termination Process
  1. Place promissory note in employee file in shared drive.
  2. Review and approve termination entry in system.
  3. Update system with needed information as applicable & send notification/ checklist to stakeholders.
  4. Archive terminated employee file in shared drive.
  •  Severance Process
  1. Archive completed documents in system.
  •  Response to questions of employees
  1. Serve as a link between departments and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
