1. Job Description for Order Management, Staff/Assistant Manager/Manager :

Position: Order Management, Staff/Assistant Manager/Manager    

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding Order management specialist to be responsible for the back office services and order processing service – Order entry, Open order management, Order cancellation, Return, Replace, Damage allowance management, Order tracking and customer care and Data analysis, Service performance review and other Order management tasks in SCI team. Our Managers/Sr. managers are capable of full cycle Order management leadership including Order creation, Booking completion and Issue handling. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings.

- Must have a bachelor or higher degree.

- More than 3 years of order management experience

- Must be fluent in English

- Must have leadership and problem-solving skills

- Analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with a changing environment is required. 

  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

Role & Responsibility:

- Order Management Manager/Sr. Manager may be involved in a variety of activities, including Order creation, Inventory Checking, Order processing, Issue handling, Damage allowance, Return/Replacement processing, Order tracking, Error checking and performance review.

1.1 Order Creation

  • Put the POs from customer into IT systems
  • Check the order status periodically
  • Issue report and follow up the issues
  • Periodic service status report
  • Analyze the bid data and making a report
  • Communication with customers and consumers

1.2 Inventory checking

  • Checking inventory availability
  • Following business rule guided by customers
  • OOT (Out of territory) Checking
  • Request data correction or master data creation to customer

1.3 Order Processing

  • Order creation and booking orders without issues
  • Checking order booking status
  • Back order status checking
  • Order cancellation and modification
  • Pick release/Open transfer
  • Audit current order processing
  • Divert and
  • Report issued orders and follow up the direction

1.4 Issue Handling

  • Report issues with detail status
  • Solve issue between customers and business department
  • Leave all records in the system.

1.5 Damage allowance

  • Checking the customer’s claim
  • Report the detail status
  • Operating the system with the detail

1.6 Return/Replacement processing

  • Put the return/replacement request in the system (Return Creation (GRs), Replacement Creation (sandbox))
  • Checking the pending requests and solve the issue
  • Sync the log information among various system (Customer’s IT systems)
  • Reporting the process detail periodically

1.7 Order tracking

  • Checking the current delivery status with various IT systems (TMS, GWMS, ERP and carrier’s website)
  • Communication with logistics/customers to share the load status

1.8 Performance Review

  • LG CNS service status review and find the improvement
  • Publishing the periodic performance reports

1.9 Supporting Logistics Business

  • Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams.
  • Provides business knowledge and instruction to lower level staff members, assisting with specific work problems requiring a broader knowledge of subject matter processing.
  • Build and propose the new business opportunities.
  • Making a proposal document and lead a presentation for customers.

Preferred Technical Skills:

- Experience with SCM related systems.

- Experience using MS-Office (Excel, Access), SQL query

- Knowledge of and interest in logistics and transportation business.

 

2. Job Description for SCM Manager, Sr. Manager :

Position: SCM Manager / Sr. Manager

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding SCM specialist to be responsible for Transportation management - Carrier Management, Carrier Bid, SPOT Order Processing, Freight Cost audit and Data analysis, Business performance review and other logistics tasks in SCM team. Our staffs are capable of full cycle logistics leadership including transportation management and warehouse management. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings.

- A bachelor's degree or above degree with 3 years or more experiences

- IT related major or SCM major will be preferred

- Preference for experienced transportation service or data analytics service.

- Very fluent English, great oral and written skills, fast learning, various IT environment experience & trouble-shooting, Working with Overseas employees.

- Visa Sponsorship might be available.

Role & Responsibility:

    1.1 Data analysis and report: Discovering the cause of problems through continuous data analysis

    1.2 Logistics bid: Supporting carrier bid / warehouse 3PL bid

    1.3 Logistics Coordinating: Performing the logistics strategy and process with customers.

    1.4 Carrier Management: Evaluating carrier's performance / Service Improvement / Continuous Communication / Performance Management

    1.5 Logistics Order Management: Managing the overall delivery order process

    1.6 Shipment Tracking/Tracing: Communication with carriers/customers to share the load status

    1.7 Supporting Logistics Operation: Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams.

3. Job Description for SCM Logistics Staff :

Position: SCM Logistics Staff / Analyst   

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding SCM specialist to be responsible for Freight Cost Management and maintaining Tariff, Carrier Management and other BPO tasks in SCM team. Our staffs are capable of full cycle logistics process leadership including logistics processing, transportation cost analysis, freight cost auditing, inbound freight cost auditing, warehouse expense cost auditing and carrier management. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings. After hours and weekend job is needed occasionally.

- Fluent English, great oral and written skills, hard-working, fast learning, various IT environment experience & trouble-shooting, Working with Overseas employees.

Role & Responsibility:

- Freight Management Consultant may be involved in a variety of activities, including freight audit, warehouse expense cost, audit, tariff contract, freight enhancement, project management, vendor relationship management on behalf of clients.

4. Job Description for SCM/Supply Chain Business Planning and Operation Support Manager/Sr. Manager:

Position: SCM/ Logistics business planning and operation support

Requirement: LG CNS is looking for a person who will lead LG CNS related business planning and has overall experience and understanding of SCM and is in charge of business, organizational management, and service management. In particular, someone who has a very enterprising and active personality and has a good understanding of American culture will be preferred.

    - Holder of bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.

    - A person who has experience in planning affairs, such as business planning, service management, organizational management, etc.

    - Must be very fluent in using English and creating English material.

    - Job experience in the U.S must be at least 2 years.

Position: Back Office Service / Staff

Requirements: We are searching for an outstanding Order Management Specialist responsible for the back-office service: Open order management, Order cancellation, Return management, Order tracking, Customer care, Data analysis, Service performance review and other Order management tasks in SCM team. Our staff is capable of full cycle Order management leadership including Order creation, Booking completion and Issue handling. The candidate must exhibit outstanding professionalism and customer minded attitude while attending meetings and working with peers.

    - Order Management and Logistics industry experience preferred

    - Fluent in English, great oral and writing skills, hard-working, fast-learning, trouble- shooting

Role & Responsibility:

Order Management Analyst may be involved in a variety of activities, including Supporting email inquiries, Issue handling, Return/Cancellation processing, Order tracking, Aligning communications between various contacts.

    1.1. Supporting email inquiries:

  • Managing email inquiries from various contacts between the end users, carriers and teams
  • Strong ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Facilitating project management tasks through tracking and reporting, issue documentation, follow-ups with customers and carrier services
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting other related requests and duties assigned by management or lead

    1.2. Issue Handling

  • Working with numerous teams/departments by detailing and reporting status update issues
  • Escalating requests for resolution and investigating the root of the issue
  • Communicating updates to customers during the investigation process
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    1.3. Return/Cancellation processing

  • Processing cancellations, ETAs and returns in a timely manner
  • Following up with other teams and customers to ensure return/cancellationfulfillment

  • Providing customers with necessary tracking details
  • Assisting customers, carriers and other teams with delivery issues
  • Checking current delivery status with various IT systems

6. Job Description for IT Developer Assistant Manager:

Position: IT Developer / Assistant Manager  

Requirement: We are searching for outstanding web developer who will be responsible for creating and maintaining enterprise systems. Our IT developers are capable of full cycle project leadership including application architecture, design, site layout, UI, database design/programming, and application development.  

The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings.

- A bachelor's degree, as well as a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience.

- Mobile App development experience will be preferred.

- Fluent English, great oral and written skills, presentation skills, hard-working, fast learning, various system maintenances & trouble-shooting, Working with Overseas employees.

Role & Responsibility:

- Maintaining and developing IT systems.

- Developing the Web/Mobile Application in a cloud environment. (AWS, Azure)

- Developing RPA(Robotics Process Automation) application and API Integration.

- Server-side component design, detailed technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance.

- Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams.

- Experience developing Web Application/Mobile App will be strongly preferred.

- Experience developing RPA and API Integration will be strongly preferred.
