Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations
Advises and counsels supervisors/managers/employees on job related issues
Arrange employee functions
Maintain working knowledge of current state and federal regulations and legal issues that will affect HR & RSI
Assess morale issues of the organization and recommended changes
2. Employment
Recruitment and interviewing of applicants for open positions
Manage recruitment efforts including advertising and third party, etc.
Ensure each applicant in accordance with company policy and federal regulations completes all appropriate documents
3. Compensation and Benefits
Prepare bi-weekly payroll.
Manage all required payroll data.
Review invoices for employee benefit programs and forward to Accounting team
Maintain ADP HRIS
4. Employee communications
Compose and distribute announcements for new hires, promotions, etc.
Furnish employees with copies of company policy changes.
Update employee handbooks accordingly.
5. Worker's Compensations
Review all Workers Compensation claims
Ensure maintenance if required *OSHA records and log.
