Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service
Processing submitted sales orders
Creating invoices, tracking shipment and related inquiries
Keep / file related documents for maintaining account information
Tracking, submitting claims, confirming with shipping carriers
Providing / following up with payment
Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual in Korean and English
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good communication
