Accounting Associate (NY Office, LA Office (K-town))

LG H&H USA is thrilled to seek a detailed and analytical individual to serve as Accounting Associate. In this role, the Accounting Associate will manage daily accounting, financial, and reporting for General Management. 

Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Collect, review, and process vendor invoices.

  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable

  • Obtain corporate credit card usage reports and prepare communication to employees related to reconciliation

2. Bank Reconciliation

  • Input all the bank transfers in the system

  • Input daily auto-debit transactions in the system and gather all the invoices related to this transaction

  • Reconcile the ending balance in the bank rec. module with actual bank statement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Exceptional data analysis and reporting capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience using ERP System (Preferred)

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, working both collaboratively and independently

  • Must be highly organized have high attention to detail

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Bilingual English/ Korean required

Sales Associate (NY Office, LA Office (K-town))

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Associate manages a portfolio of key accounts to achieve long-term success. The Sales Associate will develop positive relationships and understand the needs of their customers while generating new sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships 

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure the best consumer experience

  • Plan and execute sales goals in alignment with the Companies objectives 

  • Effectively analyze sales results and present to senior leadership

  • Responsible for new client acquisition

  • Visit store locations and conduct regular meetings with the management team to ensure alignment with sales goals

  • Increase sales performance

  • Perform other sales duties such as promotional events-related tasks, A/R management by maintaining invoice accounts, and other sales supporting duties.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues and requests in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Minimum 2 years Cosmetic experience and client service experience

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude

  • Bilingual Korean preferred

  • Travel required

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S
