We are seeking an office administrator that will assist in managing and overseeing of our property portfolios. In this role, you will assist with leasing operations, financial analyses, maintenance operations, and apartment community. Travel is not required. Job duties may be amended or modified at the sole discretion of the Employer.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-directed, and reliable, and enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities will include assisting the Senior Property Manager, coordinating the team members’ daily activities to achieve established financial and operational goals, and ensures that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills necessary to oversee a residential property

  • Exhibits solid communication skills, friendly, personable and helpful with an ability to calmly resolve disputes or complaints

  • Develop, foster, and maintain good rapport and day-to-day relations with tenant contacts

  • Manage tenant relations, coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance, and other tenant concerns and ensure tenant needs and requests are being met to their expectations; identify when to escalate issues to Senior Management; follow up with tenants to ensure satisfactory resolution of any issues

  • Supervise and expedite in-coming tenant application processing and verification, as well as lease-renewals

  • Assist with coordination and supervise vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff to ensure each property is maintained at a high level

  • Responsible for move-outs and move-ins of all residential tenants and parking tenants

  • Disseminate all pertinent building information to tenants

  • Work with Senior Property Manager on collections and legal process

  • Respond to accidents and emergency situations as needed, taking immediate steps necessary to neutralize or control the emergency as much as possible; report to senior management as appropriate

  • Works well with a team and staff

  • Must be able to handle assigned projects from Senior Property Manager

  • Promote client satisfaction and retention

  • Other such duties may be assigned from time to time
