Purchasing Assistant (Produce)

 

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

 

Your Role as a Purchasing Assistant Include (but are not limited to)

o ​Completing documents and data entry for Produce items

o Create sales and purchase order

o Data management such as purchase order, sales order and inventory data management

o product quality and quantity check

o ​Checking inventory and managing stores and sales by taking phone calls or in person

o ​Communicating effectively with internal and external clients

o ​Computer literacy (Internet and Microsoft Office products)

o ​Bilingual (English/Chinese/Korean)

o ​Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S.

o ​Bilingual in Korean preferred
