ArgosKYC Inc. is a reg-tech company specializing in global ID verification and anti-money laundering screening. Here, AI is conducting a forgery detection and automated KYC service processes ID documents of over 210 countries. This will allow more diverse kinds of service providers to provide their services with confidence to partners and users. Our services have helped our clients in 10 different countries around the globe.
- Developing sales strategies to bring in potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold emails/calls and responding to inquiries generated from online advertisements.
- Presenting product information to customers after identifying their needs.
- Extracting solid leads from marketing channels, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings through emails or phone calls.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed their interest but did not purchase our service yet.
- Covering leads generated by our Sales Development Representative to sales opportunities.
- Ensure all leads and opportunities created are followed, monitored, and closed.
- Performing regular follow-up emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service and identify new potential needs.
- Collaborating with sales executives to ensure that the company's goals and targets are met.
- 3+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience
- 3+ years of successful sales experience working in software or high-technology offerings and services
- Technological savviness and eagerness to become deeply fluent in the Argos KYC's technology and the industry
- Curiosity and drive to understand customer business goals, anticipate their future needs and identify solutions
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Problem-solving skills around technical, product, and business questions
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative
