1. IT Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Branch’s information assets and IT-related tools & equipment
- Provide direct/indirect assistance in IT troubleshoot
- Perform backup procedures on a daily basis to ensure recovery of business operations during an emergency
- Coordinate IT-related education & training programs to promote performance and security
- Establish and maintain steady business relationship with IT service vendors
- Communicate with the Head Office upon necessity
Knowledge and Skills used on the Job :
- Knowledge and expertise in Information Technology and/or Information Security
- Experience with Windows Server, Unix, Virtual Machine, SQL, and/or RDBMS
- Experience in evaluating and implementing NIST, FFIEC, and/or ISO framework compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
Education :
- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
Professional certification is a plus

2. Credit Analyst
Tasks Performed on the Job:
- Credit Analyst will report to the Branch’s Senior Credit Analyst and will assist in the preparation of credit analyses that support the Branch’s corporate lending and treasury investment activities.
- He/she will support the Branch’s Senior Credit Analyst with tasks including: financial analysis of potential and existing borrowers and issuers of securities purchased by the Branch; conducting of industry, company, and macro level due diligence; portfolio monitoring and reporting; recording of minutes for credit committee meetings; and preparation of other credit department deliverables.
Knowledge and Skills used on the Job:
- Strong grasp of US GAAP accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Korean and/or Spanish fluency a plus.
- General understanding of credit markets, bank products, and debt securities markets.
- Ability and willingness to learn about various industries and be a generalist.
- Knowledge of / interest in macroeconomics, financial markets, and Korean/LATAM business environment.
- A flexible team player.
Relevant Training and Work Experience:
- A college degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or other related fields.
- 1-3 years of experiences in a similar role or in a related field.
