1) POS Developer - Store Systems (NJ or NY)
2) Android Developer (NJ or NY)
- 3+ years of proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least one sophisticated original Android app, either in a public app store or within an enterprise
- Experience with Android SDK and Kotlin
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
- Experience and understanding of SQL server and C# language
3) Help Desk Specialist (NJ)
Responsibilities
-Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
-Manage Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
-Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
-Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
Requirement
-Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation, preferred
-Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
4) QA Coordinator (NJ)
Responsibilities
- Create, document and execute system test plans and test scripts.
- Able to perform data validation, analyze test results and record, report, track and retest bugs found during testing.
Requirement
- BS degree in Computer Science or relevant education
- Bilingual in Korean and English
5) POS Tech Support
Responsibilities
Qualifications
-Min. 1 year experienced, demonstrated success in technical support with POS/PC
-Experience in training and supporting end users
-Experience with databases, networks, and updates management
-Knowledge of LAN cables and wiring
