1. Position:  Estimator & Project Coordinator (3-7 years Experience Required)_ New Jersey

Job Description:

  • Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
  • Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product
  • Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
  • Creating labor estimates for a project
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
  • Managing bids from vendors and contractors
  • Using bid data to prepare a detailed cost analysis
  • Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
  • Compiling and recording actual costs
  • Assist in preparing AIA Invoicing
  • Prepare preconstruction, early purchasing, and early construction work quick bill invoices per Preconstruction/ Early Work Agreement
  • Assist in project close-out (all financial and contractual waivers, warranties, etc)
  • Assist in auditor prep 
  • Additional assignments upon request of accounting supervisors

2. Position:  Project Manager (3-5 years Experience Required)_ New Jersey

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Project Manager to assist and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate with a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

General Background & Requirements

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

 

3. Position:  Account (1-10 years Experience Required)_ New Jersey

Job Description:

  • Generate and process monthly Construction Management project quick bill invoices per contract schedule
  • Review field approved subcontractor billing for accuracy
  • Confirm contract status for new subcontractor billing
  • Review General Conditions monthly report/expenses
  • Generate and accurately process monthly General Construction G702/703 requisition billing per approved pencil copies and General Conditions report in a timely manner
  • Attend requisition review meetings when applicable (pencil copy review)
  • Monitor project imprest account balances and replenishment
  • Investigate any unbilled project costs
  • Maintain project files

General Background & Requirements

  • Proficient in G702/703 formatted requisition billing
  • A clear understanding of contract types 
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency, and ownership of work.
  • AR, AP management and cost accounting analysis.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and software such as MS Office and Quickbooks.

 

4. Junior interior Designer (2-5 years Experience Required)_ New Jersey 

Job Description:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in the U.S. 
  • Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture and above
  • Strong conceptual and spatial design ability
  • Strong communication, organizational and collaborative skills
  • Practical knowledge of construction
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling (Rhino) as a minimum
  • Talented in preparation of presentation material
  • Excellent problem solver with good listening skills and strong follow-through
  • Fluency in English and Korean
