□ Job Description

Manage the accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to processing payment
Gather and process employee expense reports
Record journal entries and perform month-end close
Manage employees' hire, vacation time, insurance and payroll
Oversee the front desk execution

□ Qualification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean to effectively
communicate with all levels of counterparties
Previous experiences in operation and compliance are highly desirable
Must maintain the confidentiality of all information received and distributed
Self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and can accurately complete work within required
time frames under minimum supervision.
Must possess the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and document those findings in a
clear and concise report
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment
Outstanding Excel skills in a fast paced work environment
Desire to learn more in-depth about financial markets
