      1. Manhattan/Flushing (Experienced/ Entry): CSR/Teller

  • Attention to detail and quality of work is very important
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to relate well with customers in a professional manner
  • Professional telephone and communication skills are essential
  • Good organizational skills
  • Banking experience is preferred but not required

     

      2. Flushing / NJ BPC (Experienced/Entry): Loan Officer

  • Evaluate and authorize approval of business, real estate, or credit loans
  • Specialized at evaluating the financial status of a loan applicant.
  • Duties including updating financial and collateral records and reviewing loan files
  • Responsible for full cycle of loan requests process
  • Promoting safe and sound credit underwriting and prudent lending practices
  • Receives commercial and home loan applications and performs interviews with customers
  • Conducts preliminary evaluation and underwriting of loan application
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of the loan portfolio including loan delinquency, loan reviews, renewals

 

      3. Branch Operation Support (Experienced/Entry): Admin Assistant

  • Assist all branches with any inquires/problems in regards to debit cards, internet banking, products
  • Cooperate with other departments/branches on both requesting and responding to their request on ongoing issues the bank faces
  • Provides Business Online Banking support such as on-boarding process, client maintenance, service installation, and troubleshooting
  • Responsibilities in providing branch support with all operational status change requests
  • Management of online banking technical support including bill payment errors
  • Responsibilities in providing monthly charge off totals for Finance Management Dept

 

      4. Internal Audit (Experienced): Jr. Auditor

  • Validate outstanding issues and perform quality control reviews on audit work-papers;
  • Responsible for developing risk assessments and annual audit plans;
  • Review and revise Internal Audit Department Governing Documents;
  • Reviews and approves the work performed by the external audit firm;
  • Lead and/or conduct certain inherently high-risk or sensitive audit engagements.
  • Directs special investigative audits for possible fraud and code of ethics abuses;
  • Coordinates internal auditing activities and perform various administrative functions
  • Supports external auditors and assists the Chief Auditor and Deputy Chief Auditor;

 

     5. Finance Management (Experienced/Entry)

  • Reviews liquidity on a daily basis.
  • Executes daily Fed fund sell or buy transactions
  • Manages brokered CDs and public funds
  • Prepares monthly ALCO reports
  • Prepares and updates investment profile (credit analysis reports)
  • Monitors matured or called investments
  • Prepares and maintains investment roster
  • Prepares CRA investment reports
  • Prepares quarterly Risk Management Committee reports.
  • Conducts investments (i.e. place Buy or Sell order)
  • Prepares various performance analysis report for management purposes (e.g. interest income/expense projection, liquidity projection, etc
