A. Art Director

-Key Roles-

:Provide direction for creative executions from packaging, ad, promotional tool, event/trade show, web, social media & multimedia design.  

:Work closely with multi departments and outside vendors 

:Manage & delegate multiple projects and meet deadlines

:Lead & inspire effectively to help out the team

:Continuously understand and learn market & consumers' changing needs

:Review & approve design, print, and digital designs

:Train and assist in educating and developing team members

-Job Requirements-

:Bachelor's degree in graphic/art design major or related field

:5~7 years of diverse corporate design experience with 2~3 years of management experience

:Excellent aesthetic judgement with written & communication skills 

:Strong project management and leadership skills

:Strong conceptual & design skills with an ability to take work from concept through final execution

:Experience with product/editorial photo shoot and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

B. Senior Graphic Designer

-Key Roles-

:Work on a wide range of design projects in a timely manner including research, brainstorming, layout & providing final press ready artwork

:Manage & prioritize work effectively to minimize conflicts of escalated workloads

:Review proof samples & communicate with printing vendors

:Understand & learn the market & consumer needs

:Follow brand guidelines

:Actively participate in meetings

-Job Requirements-

:Bachelor's degree in graphic/art design or related major

:3+ years of diverse corporate design experience 

:High level of Adobe Creative Suite proficiency 

:Strong attention to detail & proofreading skills

:Able to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills

:Bilingual in Korean/English preferred

:Self-motivated & able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
