Loss Prevention Coordinator
The ideal candidate for
this position would be detail-orientated, hard-working, trustworthy and
passionate. They will be working at both our Main Office and at the Store
Sites. Native/Fluent English-speaker would be a big plus.
**Candidate must have a car with a valid driver’s license.**
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Candidates will be protecting both the
employees, customers and the company through prevention and awareness; creating
new policies and procedures to enhance safety and prevention; working closely
with store managers and administrators to increase prevention and management
awareness, maintain operational excellence and minimize the overall losses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Store Safety Checks.
- Auditing of store
operations/safety/equipment/procedures.
- Analyzing and reporting data from audits and
reports.
- Identify potential hazards and strategize
solutions & prevention.
- Investigate cases involving general liability
and employee misconduct.
- Create and maintain awareness by promoting and
researching safety procedures and
policies.
PAY:
Hourly/TBD
**Will be reimbursed $0.54 per mile driven.
