Extergy is seeking repair technicians with a passion for
discovering how technology works and a successful customer service track record.
We fix phones and tablets. The Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic
devices as well as customer service. The technician is also responsible for
maintaining an efficient and productive work area.
Minimum
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED or over
- A strong passion and interest
in technology
- A desire to learn, and the
ability to listen and ask questions
- A positive and professional
attitude

Effectively and efficiently use company resources and the internet to
troubleshoot issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience repairing smart
phones, tablets or other consumer electronics
- Experience with computer
repair both hardware and software
- Strong
communication skills/customer service experience
Required education:
