Rayence Inc, the manufacturer of Medical Imaging Equipment is looking for the best and brightest is a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Tech Support Department with outstanding communication and problem solving skills. As a Customer Service Representative at Rayence, you will be responsible for the quality and delivery of the support and services we offer our customers. You will handle inbound calls from customers, which will involve resolving issues of a semi-technical nature. This includes, but is not limited to troubleshooting, providing service information, offering additional products and services, and documenting customer accounts.
