[Steel Sales Admin Position in Johns Creek, GA office] 신입 또는 1-2년 경력
- Proper collection and allocation of sales and shipping documents.
- Invoicing clients and processing invoices for sales related costs.
- Assist sales team in maintaining new business status reports and updated.
- Collect and process orders reviewing accuracy of information; pricing, fees, item numbers, etc.
- Keeping in touch with clients, customs agents, shipping companies, etc. during delivery of client’s orders.
- Liaise between sales staff and management.
- Communicate with headquarter teams regarding product, customer and shipment issues.
- Support of new product launch teams in various assigned roles within the commercial spectrum of project activities.
- Daily use of SAP
- Reconcile credit card statement of sales staff for sales related expenses.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
[Sales Position in Johns Creek, GA office & Troy, MI Office] 신입 또는 1-2년 경력
- Coordinate and manage accounts, sales operations and marketing plans
- Participate in new business development and planning
- Assist the sales manager with tasks and documentation
- Manage project details (project flow, time management and budget) and maintain detailed client files
- Master and maintain vast knowledge of clients’ business, competition, latest industry news and trends
- Directly communicate with buyers of large corporations nationwide
- All other assignments and projects as needed
- Bachelor’s / Associates Degree in a related discipline (Business)
- Possess effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent math and organizational skills
- Ability to learn, comprehend and apply new concept quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers
[PC&L Position in Michigan Office] Entry Level or 2-3년 재고관리 또는 Logistics 경력자
- Production Planning (includes release analysis)
- IN/OUT Bound (SAP, EDI, ASN, Scheduling and Invoicing)
