Korea Development Bank (“KDB”) has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join its New York Branch as a Junior Credit Analyst.

As part of the global network of KDB, the KDB New York Branch is a leading provider of financial services to multi-national corporations.
Tasks Performed on the Job:
o Junior CA will report to the Branch’s Senior Credit Analyst.
o He/she will assist in preparation of credit analyses for the lending and investing activities of the Branch.
o He/she will support the Branch’s Senior Credit Analyst with tasks including: financial modeling and credit analysis, industry and company research, portfolio monitoring and reporting, and preparation of other credit department deliverables.
Knowledge and Skills used on the Job:
o General understanding of US GAAP accounting, credit markets, bank products, and debt securities markets.
o Knowledge and interests in macroeconomics, financial markets, and Korean business environment.
o High proficiency in Excel.
o Ability and willingness to learn about various industries and become a generalist.
o English/Korean fluency is required (applicants must be able to read financial filings and business related communications in Korean)
o A flexible team player.
Relevant Training and Work Experience:
o A college degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or other related fields.
o 1-3 years of experiences in a similar role or in related fields:
