1. Job Title: Sales Representative, Aluminum coils

The Sales Representative has the responsibility for all sales related activities in defined region. The Sales Representative shall always maximize the margins and sell our products to market price and not to cost. The sales Representative is responsible for market intelligence and development in customer demands. Customer focus, how to win new customers and marked share development are main priorities.

Job Requirements

Accountability
■ Promote and sell products to customers according to budget or better
■ Provide detailed input to budget process (customer & product mix) upon request
■ Establish new customers
■ Sales strategy for region
■ Operate within given cost budgets
■ Visiting of customers and exhibitions
■ Customer surveys
■ Keep track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
■ Build a solid sales pipeline
■ Compliance with company procedures and routines

Deliveries
■ Exchange sales pipeline with head office
■ Revision of forecasting file (own region - monthly basis)
■ Monthly update of New Business Opportunities (NBO)
■ Strategy plans
■ Budgets
■ Customer visit plans
■ Updated travel calendar
■ Prioritized exhibition proposals
■ Input to inventory levels (max/min)
■ Reduce shorts and slow moving inventory

Competence requirements
■ Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the industry
■ Extensive experience from sales and used to make strategy and marked plans.
■ Familiarity with company’s product portfolio.
■ Proven leadership capabilities
■ Track record on achievements
■ Good communication and co-operation skills
■ Good negotiations skills
■ Good English skills, both oral and written

Job Requirements

4. Job Title: ERP Junior Developer

 

Responsibility Areas:

  • Responsible for coding and deployment of ERP components and for the quality and maintainability of each component in production.
  • Using defined systems and guidelines to keep all stakeholders up-to-date with their request status, handover documentation, etc.Working on issues/requests individually and as part of the team to ensure that problems are solved.
  • Meeting or exceeding all of the performance and SLA metrics set by management.
  • Working with cross-functional teams across the organization, developing a more intimate knowledge of operations and technologies utilized within the organization.
  • Continually developing and improving your relationships with stakeholders and their confidence in service abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1-2 years of professional experience in computer related technologies. Excellent problem solver
  • Exposure to one of the following: Java, Javascript, & XML.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of SQL
  • Prepare source date for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness and the ability to continually learn the technology and business.
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts in layman’s terms to non-technical users verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently in a highly visible, fast paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English/Korean
  • Experience with Google Sheets is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Work Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM)

 

5. Job Title: ERP development Internship

 Responsibility Areas:

  • Responsible for coding and deployment of ERP components and for the quality and maintainability of each component in production.
  • Responsible for general admin work and document filling.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem solver
  • Exposure to one of the following: Java, Javascript, & XML.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of SQL
  • Prepare source date for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Submit the completed data work via email attachment
  • Provide assistance in filing, date entry, and other admin duties
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English/Korean
  • Experience with Google Sheets is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Work Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM)

 

6. Job Title: ERP Database Administrator

Responsibility Areas:
 Database mapping of Ofbiz, an open source ERP system developed by Apache Foundation. (https://ofbiz.apache.org )
 Configur and modify current schema to accommodate business logic and flow.
 Migration of QuickBooks batabase to ERP.
 Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity
 Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required

Minimum Qualifications:
 Proven working experience as a Database administrator
 Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
 Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
 Previous experience with large enterprice ERP system.
 BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification

Preferred Qualifications:

 Bilingual in English/Korean

Work Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
