Territory Sales Job Description:

  • Establish new accounts and build on existing accounts
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Investigate potential problems with accounts & assigned regions and develop effective solutions
  • Handle customer replacements to ship out
  • Work with the sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Compile reports on overall sales document
  • Maintain relationships with clients through consistent and clear communication
  • Manage shipment Fedex, UPS and USPS for office
  • Other tasks as assigned

Office Assistant Job Description:

  • General office help as needed 
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Support marketing team as need
  • Assist with managing SNS content & email campaigns
  • Upload & update product information 
  • Organize document and maintain showroom & inventory room tidy 
  • Manage shipment Fedex, UPS and USPS for office
  • Other general office duties

Key Competencies:

  • Eligible to file tax (Authorized to work in U.S)
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn
  • Multitasker & Team Player
  • Communication skills - excellent verbal and written
  • Sales experience is plus 
  • Computer skill (ms office, adobe creative, social media, wix/shopify)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
