Follow up with Logistics to coordinate booking is confirmed and goods will be received on time
Create cost sheets and POs.
Monitor production for all open orders to ensure all aspects of production are properly executed to produce finished products in adherence with the targeted delivery schedule and quality on daily basis.
Work closely with design, product development, and sales team for product spec and details.
Manage overseas vendor communication related to production orders – including sample approval, costing, production timelines, packaging, placing purchase orders
Review lab dibs, PP and TOP samples
Archive all the production samples for future reference
